Ben Krakow

Ben Krakow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and consulting. Ben currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at both Doherty and Dahl Consulting, starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TCF Bank for 10 years, holding several VP positions. In their role as VP, Finance Director of Commercial Banking Business Analytics, they developed tools to measure profitability and led the transition to MS Power BI dashboards. Ben also served as VP, Controller, Commercial Banking, responsible for accounting and financial reporting processes. Additionally, they held positions as VP, Manager of Commercial Banking Forecasting & Analytics and VP, Dodd Frank Act Financial Stress Testing. Before their time at TCF Bank, Ben worked as an Independent Financial Consultant, assisting with debt restructuring and forecasting. Ben began their career at Allianz Life, where they held various roles, including Assistant VP, Financial Director of Variable Annuities and Assistant VP, Financial Director of Fixed Annuities. Overall, Ben Krakow has a strong background in finance and possesses skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

Ben Krakow received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Ben then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at the University of St. Thomas, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
