Lauren Tierney has over eight years of progressively responsible experience in IT service management and support roles. Currently serving as Major Incident & Problem Manager at Daisy Group since November 2016, Lauren has also held positions as Problem Coordinator and Operational Governance Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Service Desk Analyst at MAYBORN GROUP LIMITED and Daisy Group, providing first and second line support for various IT issues. Lauren's earlier experience includes roles as a Pharmaceutical Dispenser at LloydsPharmacy, where certification as a Health Care Assistant and Pharmacy Dispenser was obtained, and front desk and service roles at The Vermont Hotel Newcastle. Education was completed at Gosforth High School.
