Brian Donato

Brian Donato is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Dakota Partners since November 2021, Donato previously held the position of Director of Property Finance at Conifer Realty, LLC for a brief tenure in 2021. Donato's tenure at Dakota Partners also includes the role of Development Director from October 2020 to April 2021. Prior to this, a significant portion of Donato's career was spent at Conifer Realty, LLC, where roles included Vice President of Development, Senior Project Director, Project Director, Project Coordinator, and Corporate Accountant from July 2008 to October 2020. Donato holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, along with prior studies at Penn State University.
