Zafer Baysal

Zafer Baysal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Zafer started their career at Interbank in 1990, where they served as an Area Manager and Assistant Vice President until 1997. Zafer then joined BAYINDIRBANK as an Executive Vice President from 1998 to 1999. Zafer later became the President and CEO of Banca Commerciale BTR Moldavia SA from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as the CFO of Bayindir Holding A.S. before moving on to become the CEO and Board Member of Ronesans Gayrimenkul Yatirim from 2006 to 2013. Zafer then served as the Country Manager for Turkey at Amstar from 2013 to 2018. After that, Zafer became the CEO of Akzirve Gayrimenkul Yatirim from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Group CEO at Dap Yapi, starting in 2021. Throughout their career, Zafer has gained extensive leadership and managerial experience in various organizations.

Zafer Baysal began their education at TED Ankara Koleji in 1973 and completed their primary school education through Lyceeum in 1984. Zafer then attended Middle East Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1988. In the same year, they also pursued a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering at Middle East Technical University, which they completed in 1990. Additionally, they pursued further studies at Bilkent University and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in 1990.
