Sean Massey

Sean Massey is an accomplished Executive Chef currently leading the culinary team at Darioush Winery since April 2021. With extensive experience in high-profile restaurant operations, Massey previously held the Executive Chef position at Morimoto Napa for seven years, overseeing annual revenues of $8.2 million, and contributed to kitchen setups and menu development as Executive Sous Chef at Morimoto Maui. Earlier in the career, Massey operated as Chef/Owner for private events, and worked in various roles including Chef De Partie at Auberge du Soleil, and Sous Chef at Morimoto Napa. The culinary journey began with foundational training at the Art Institute of Denver, supplemented by certifications in wine stewardship from the International Wine Guild, establishing a solid background in fine dining and culinary arts.
