Jeff Bowen

Jeff Bowen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, and engineering. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Operations at Data-Mail. Previously, they held the same position at LATICRETE International from October 2018 to March 2021, where they also served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations from January 2017 to September 2018. Before that, Jeff worked as the Director of Operations at Smiths Medical from September 2011 to January 2017. Jeff was responsible for coordinating plant operations, P&L, plant engineering, and R&D activities. From September 2010 to September 2011, they were the Site Operations Manager at Unilever. Jeff also worked as the Profit Center General Manager at Sargent Manufacturing from May 2008 to October 2010. Prior to that, they held roles at Arkema, where they served as the Engineering/Mfg. Manager from April 2000 to May 2008. During their time at Arkema, they were also the Engineering Manager from 1997 to 2000 and started as a Project Engineer from 1992 to 1997. Jeff began their career as a Design Engineer at Koating Machinery from May 1990 to April 1992.

Jeff Bowen has a strong educational background that includes degrees and certifications in various fields. Jeff obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Reliability Engineering from the University of Dayton between 1996 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Industrial Technology at Central Connecticut State University, completing it from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Jeff acquired a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2006. Finally, their educational journey began at Orville H.
