Austin Rives

Austin Rives has held various positions in the data analytics and business intelligence field since 2014. In 2015, they were an intern for Congressman Garret Graves. In 2016, they became a Data Analyst for Data Trust and was responsible for identifying and aggregating precinct level voter turnout data into Python data frames, building a state shapefile for Virginia county precincts using qGIS, collaborating on building an in-house SQL poll aggregating toll for special elections, and creating a Tableau dashboard of minority voter targeting blocks in the southwest United States. In 2018, they became a Business Intelligence Developer for Elephant Analytics. Finally, in 2019, they were promoted to Senior Business Intelligence Manager at Data Trust.

Austin Rives obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Communication from Louisiana State University. Additionally, they have a Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau Software, obtained in June 2020.
