Ayub Kinyua has a diverse work experience. Ayub began their career in 2016 as a JForce Brand to Store Associate at Jumia Kenya, where they supported the opportunity to capture the offline market and maintained strong relationships with brands and distributors. Ayub then became a Sales Captain, delivering world-class training sessions offline on a monthly basis. In 2018, they joined CloudFactory as an AI Data Analyst, Data Entry, and Data Enrichment. Ayub then joined Influx as a Customer Support Specialist in 2019. In 2022, they joined Databox as a Business Development Representative (Remote) and Customer Support Specialist. In this role, they provided timely, accurate, and valuable support to thousands of Databox users through chat and email, built dashboards, and referred customers to Onboarding and Account Management teams for additional assistance. Ayub also worked as a Social Media Account Manager and Copywriter, where they formulated and implemented marketing strategies and policies for different brands and managed social media pages and all aspects of online marketing for brands.
