Robert Charkowicz

Robert Charkowicz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Robert most recently worked at Datalogz as a Senior Data Engineer, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Data Engineer (Team Lead) at Google from 2021 to 2023, where they led the Device Software Reporting team for Fitbit wearables. In this role, they provided cross-functional stakeholder teams with datasets and dashboards derived from device logs.

Before their time at Google, Robert worked at Fitbit (now part of Google) as a Software Test Engineer from 2018 to 2021. Robert also had a role at Aerotek as a QA Associate (Contractor for Fitbit) from 2015 to 2017, where they contributed to testing new features leading up to product launches and helped manage test plans and onboard entry-level QA associates.

Robert's earliest work experience was at MedShare in 2012 as an Assistant Technician, where they repaired and calibrated medical devices and aided in creating a database of electronic device manuals.

Robert Charkowicz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they attended from 2009 to 2014.
