Liu Aileen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Computer Network Engineer at Hangzhou Hezhong Software Co., LTD until 2015. Following that, they worked as the Supervisor of the technical department at Ningbo Yibo Technology Co., LTD from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they serve as an IT Project Manager at DataStax since February 2019. In their current role, Liu Aileen leads and manages the company's technology R&D team, focusing on R&D process, project management, product quality, and promoting technological innovation and application to improve the company's technical competitiveness.

Liu Aileen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer major from Ningbo University between 2007 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in the Major of Economic Management at UCLA from 2010 to 2012. In April 2016, they obtained a certification in Decision Making and Problem Solving for Project Managers from the International Institute for Learning. Additionally, in April 2021, Liu Aileen received the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
