Suraj S has a diverse work experience starting as a Student Intern at Embiotic Laboratories in 2017 followed by a Student Intern position at Karnataka Antibiotics & Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2018. In 2020, they volunteered as a Telemedicine Volunteer at Infosys for the APTHAMITRA Telemedicine Helpline. From 2021 to 2022, Suraj worked at Vyuhgenics as a Research Associate and later as a Research Associate Intern specializing in Competitive Intelligence. Currently, Suraj is employed at DataZymes as a Senior Analyst, focusing on Strategy & Insights.

Suraj S completed their education with a Master of Pharmacy degree in Industrial Pharmacy from JSS College of Pharmacy in India from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmacy from Sarada Vilas College of Pharmacy between 2015 and 2019. Suraj began their higher education journey at Vijaya Vittala Composite Pre-university College, where they completed their PUC (Pre-university College) in Science with a specialization in PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology) from 2013 to 2015. Suraj completed their secondary education at Vidya Vardhaka Sangha Pandit Nehru High School, obtaining their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) between 2010 and 2013. Suraj's earliest education took place at Vidya Vardhaka Sangha B.M.Sri Educational Institutions, where they attended primary school from 2003 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Suraj also obtained several certifications, including "Writing in the Sciences" from Stanford University School of Medicine (via Coursera) in October 2020, "Current Regulatory Requirements for Clinical Trials in India for Investigational New Drugs" from NPTEL in June 2020, and "Data Management for Clinical Research" from Vanderbilt University (via Coursera), also in June 2020.
