Paul Demaio

Paul DeMaio is an experienced transportation professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Dattco Bus Company since September 2007, Paul oversees multiple charter and transit facilities across Connecticut and Massachusetts, managing a fleet of over 150 vehicles and ensuring the safe, timely transport of thousands of passengers daily. Prior to Dattco, Paul held the position of Regional Vice President at Liberty Transportation, Inc., where responsibilities included managing home delivery operations across several states and focusing on business growth. Earlier in the career, as Operations Manager at Joseph Eletto Transfer, Paul was responsible for the operations of two home delivery facilities and a cross docking facility in Connecticut, overseeing a team of employees and owner operators.
