Gordon Leigh

Gordon Leigh is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in restaurant management. Currently serving as the General Manager at The Maple Room Restaurant & Lounge since October 2023, Gordon has held similar management roles at notable establishments including Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse and Goodstone Inn & Restaurant. With a career spanning over two decades, Gordon's expertise includes leadership positions at Bones Restaurant, Liberty House Restaurant Corporation, and The Capital Grille Tysons Corner, where the title of Managing Partner was held. Additionally, Gordon has experience in operations management at Bistro Bis and food and beverage management at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, alongside a foundational role as Assistant Manager at Disneyland Paris. Gordon holds a BTec Diploma in Travel and Tourism from North Cheshire College.
