Nick Malgieri

Nick Malgieri is an accomplished audio professional with extensive experience spanning several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as an Advanced Systems Specialist at d&b audiotechnik since 2016, Malgieri specializes in Spatial Audio technologies while providing education and support for complex projects. Previously, Malgieri held significant roles such as Head Engineer for the Monterey Jazz Festival from 2006 to 2022 and Sound Engineer at Stanford University, where responsibilities included managing audio systems for a multi-million dollar concert venue. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Audio for TED Conferences, Audio Specialist at McCune A/V/L, and various positions in sound engineering and technical management for high-profile clients and events. Throughout a diverse career, Malgieri has demonstrated expertise in audio design, system implementation, and technical leadership across multiple platforms.
