Neil Poxon has over three decades of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Neil is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Oxford Flow, where they are responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization, focusing on the commercialization and exploitation of innovative flow control technology.

Prior to their role at Oxford Flow, Poxon served as the Global Business Development Director at Peak Well Systems. In this position, they led the global operations, business development, sales, and marketing functions of a $30 million organization. Neil was instrumental in shaping and developing the Peak product portfolio, guiding new innovation and technology strategies for growth and investor exit.

Poxon has also held executive positions at ProSep, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer, and at ITF (Industry Technology Facilitator), where they were the Managing Director and later a Non-Executive Director. In these roles, they provided leadership and management for organizations focused on providing specialist oil and gas engineering solutions and services.

Additionally, Poxon has served as a Non-Executive Director at Subsea UK, an organization representing manufacturers and suppliers of subsea equipment and services, and at Resource, a company in the oil and gas industry. Neil has also worked as the General Manager of Cetco Energy Services' North Sea & International business unit, overseeing engineering, sales, operations, and new product development.

Poxon started their career as a Technical Service Engineer at TR Oil Services before moving on to roles at Baker Performance Chemicals, where they held the position of District Manager, and Champion Technologies, where they served as a Regional Manager.

Throughout their career, Poxon has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and technology innovation in the oil and gas industry.

Neil Poxon completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Process Engineering with Fuel Technology from The University of Sheffield from 1985 to 1988.
