Lyndsy C.

Lyndsy C. is an experienced educator currently serving as a 5th Grade Special Education Teacher at DC Bilingual Public Charter School since August 2022. Lyndsy's focus includes implementing and documenting academic and behavioral support for students both within and outside the general education classroom. As an Urban Teacher Fellow since June 2020, Lyndsy is involved in a preparatory program emphasizing research-based practices in education. Previous roles at DC Bilingual include serving as a 4th Grade Lead English Teacher and a 3rd/4th Special Education Teacher, as well as a 3rd Grade Resident Elementary Teacher. Additionally, Lyndsy worked at Paul Cuffee Charter School as an Afterschool Teacher for nearly four years. Education includes a Master of Education in Elementary/Special Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary & Special Education from Providence College.
