Angela Cammack

Angela Cammack has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Angela is currently employed as the Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at DC College Access Program. Prior to this, Angela held various positions at Common App, including Director of the Portfolio Management Office and Chief of Staff for Mrs. Obama's Reach Higher Initiative & Common App's Access & Equity Programs Division. Angela also served as the Director of Development and Director of Text-Nudging Interventions for Michelle Obama's Reach Higher Initiative. Before their time at Common App, Angela worked at Civic Nation as the Director of Development & Director of Text-Nudging Interventions for Michelle Obama's Reach Higher Initiative and as the Deputy Director at Dr. Jill Biden's College Promise Campaign. Angela has also held positions at Hartford Public Schools, Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, Bradley/Hasbro Children's Research Center, Lifespan Corp., Wheaton College, The Elisabeth Amen School, Self Help, Inc., and Sutter Center for Psychiatry.

Angela Cammack holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Angela also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts and studied Hispanic Studies at Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, focusing on Spanish Language. Additionally, Angela participated in the Global Liberal Studies Program-London at New York University. Angela Cammack has obtained certifications in Agile Leadership from the Scrum Alliance, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), both obtained in May 2022.
