Ada Isabel Diaz

Ada Isabel Diaz serves as the Managing Director for DCMC Partners, overseeing projects in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean since December 2020. Previously, Ada held various roles within DCMC Partners, including Senior Project Development Specialist and Director of Proposals & Contracts, as well as working as a Recovery Specialist and consultant in human resources. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at McConnell Valdes, where representation focused on labor and employment litigation, and contributions to the Mergers & Acquisitions, and Employee Benefits Practice Teams. Ada holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and advanced degrees in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
