Clara Herer

Clara Herer is a highly experienced professional specializing in environmental management, cycling coaching, and education. Currently serving at the Ministère de l'environnement as part of the Inspection Générale de l'Environnement et du Développement Durable since June 2024, Clara also holds the position of Déléguée Régionale at the Centre national de la recherche scientifique Côte d'Azur. As the Founder and Executive Cycling Coach of La Roue et la Plume, Clara provides customized cycling coaching services globally. Additionally, Clara lectures on female physiology training adaptations at CREPS de Poitiers and translates sports science materials for De Boeck Supérieur. Previous roles include Learning Partner at ENGIE and Head of Energy, Climate and Vehicles Division at DRIEE, among others. Clara's educational background includes an MBA from Corps des Mines and an MEng from Mines Paris - PSL, complemented by studies in Geophysics at Caltech.
