Yuan Tian

Yuan Tian has extensive academic experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at De Montfort University since February 2018. Additionally, Yuan Tian holds the position of Adjunct Professor (Honorary) at Yan'an University since July 2017. Previous roles include Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at Aston University from October 2017 to February 2018 and at the University of Hertfordshire from June 2013 to October 2017. Yuan Tian began an academic career as an EPSRC Research Associate at the University of Warwick from 2010 to 2013 and also worked as a part-time International Office Receptionist during that time. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick (2008-2012) and a BSc (Hons) in Thermal Science and Power Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University (2002-2006).
