John DeBoard

John DeBoard is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in supporting Department of Defense contracts and working in avionics and in-flight entertainment systems. Currently serving as a Software Engineer V at deciBel Research, Inc. since March 2023, John previously held roles at Thales, Braxton Technologies, and Highwinds, where responsibilities ranged from software development to backend support for internet forums. John's career began at Cisco (Scientific-Atlanta), focusing on cable TV and internet services, and earlier included specialized embedded development at Prasara. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and holds a high school diploma from Stevenson High School.
