Dr. Radhika Katarya

Dr. Radhika Katarya is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Engineering at Deel since August 2024. Previously, Radhika worked at iManage as a Global HR Business Partner from August 2021 to August 2024, and at Pegasystems, where Radhika held several roles including HR Business Partner for EMEA and Regional Talent Advisory Business Partner for the UK & Emerging Markets from September 2017 to August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Amdocs, Virgin Media, Computer 2000, Marks and Spencer, and as a Lecturer at Lady Irwin College, Delhi University. Radhika holds a PhD in Development Communication & Extension from Delhi University and several HR management qualifications from Farnborough College of Technology.
