Laura Zimmer

Laura Zimmer, PHR, has over 18 years of diverse experience in human resources and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ecolab since August 2013, Laura leads a team of HR Business Partners supporting over 3000 associates in the Institutional Field Sales organization. Previous roles at Ecolab include HR Manager II and Talent Acquisition Manager, where Laura implemented strategic HR initiatives and campus recruiting programs. Earlier experience at General Mills involved managing teams and projects in packaging R&D, where Laura executed cost-saving initiatives and led new product launches. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
