Norman Fuss

Norman Fuss is an experienced military and intelligence professional currently serving as the Acting Deputy of the Strategic Integration Directorate at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since March 2019. Prior to this role, Norman held positions including Senior Analyst at CENTRA Technology, Inc., and extensive service in the US Army, where notable roles included Chief of the Security Cooperation Division and Chief of DTRA-Europe. Norman's military career began in 1988 and included key strategic and operational responsibilities, such as supervising arms control missions and leading multinational training initiatives. Norman's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Russian and East European Studies from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Area Study from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
