Italo Caglieri

Italo Caglieri is a professional with extensive experience in real estate expansion and development, currently serving as the Expansión y Desarrollo Inmobiliario at Holding Degasa Chile since January 2023. Responsibilities include identifying new locations for brands such as KFC, Wendy's, and Chinawok across Chile, ensuring the company meets its opening objectives in alignment with strategic growth plans. Previously, Italo held positions including Jefe Inmobiliario at Socofar - FEMCO División Salud and Farmacias Cruz Verde, where duties focused on site selection and economic evaluations for retail coverage in central and southern Chile.
