Blaise Gardner has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group since December 2021 and Sous Chef at Del Frisco's Grille since March 2021. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager at Fresh Kitchen from April 2019 to February 2020, Sous Chef at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa from April 2017 to April 2019, and R&D Specialist at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from August 2016 to January 2017. Blaise began the culinary career as a Line Cook at Outback Steakhouse, holding the position from August 2008 to August 2016, and also interned in R&D at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from October 2013 to April 2014. Education was completed at Hillsborough Community College.
