Beverly Barr-Ford

Beverly Barr-Ford, CLRP - NPELRA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Delaware Department of Correction, where responsibilities include leading and coordinating Human Resources and DOC4Inclusion teams to ensure legal compliance and focus on talent retention strategies. Previously, Beverly held various positions at SunLine Transit Agency, including Director of Employee Equity & Engagement and Employee/Labor Relations Manager, and was the Deputy CAO overseeing multiple departments.
