Whittney Hood

Whittney Hood, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has accumulated a strong background in human resources and consulting throughout their career. Whittney currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) since June 2021. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own consultation business, Roundtable HR Consulting, which specialized in assisting non-profits with various business functions and HR-related needs. Whittney also served as the Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Foundation for Medical Quality from January 2015 to June 2021, where they played a senior leadership role responsible for operations, HR, grants management, federal contract administration/compliance, and marketing. Whittney'sexpertise in employee engagement, recruitment, benefits administration, and training contributed to the organization's success. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at First Fidelity Bank from January 2009 to January 2015, where they oversaw a range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HR compliance, and compensation program development. Whittney started their career as a Public Relations Intern at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, where they gained experience in the field before transitioning to HR roles.

Whittney Hood, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations & Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Whittney also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Oklahoma. In addition to their academic achievements, Whittney obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in October 2019. Whittney is also a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) granted by SHRM.
