Frankie Dotson

Frankie Dotson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food retail industry. Currently serving as the Perishable Operations Manager at Delhaize Group since April 2016, Frankie oversees the largest perishable department within the company, driving over $750 million in sales and managing a team of six direct reports alongside more than 200 associates. Additionally, Frankie has been with Food Lion LLC since February 1993, working as a Regional Training and Development Consultant, focusing on the training and development of mid- to upper-level management across nine locations in six states. In this role, Frankie emphasizes the implementation and training of new technologies and systems, including WMS, AS-400, and Vocollect. Furthermore, Frankie's responsibilities have included managing warehouse operations for over a million square feet with a workforce of more than 200 associates, facilitating the movement of over 500,000 cases weekly.
