Gustavo Federizzi

Gustavo Federizzi is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the DFS IT Senior Manager at Dell EMC since October 2005, overseeing the product life-cycle for Customer Relationship Management applications, primarily utilizing Salesforce. With a strong background in project management, Gustavo has successfully led numerous software development programs and played a key role in transitioning teams to Agile methodologies. Previously, as a Project Director at Dinamize, Gustavo managed large enterprise accounts and implemented project management practices that led to the delivery of customized IT systems. Gustavo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, along with various educational experiences in languages and psychology.
