Teresa Sparacino

Teresa Sparacino has over 25 years of community planning and economic development experience. Teresa has held various positions such as Vice President for Community and Economic Development at Delta Development Group Inc., Executive Director at Downtown State College Improvement District, Borough Manager at Carnegie Borough, and Secretary/Treasurer; CDBG Administrator at Shenango Township. Teresa graduated from Geneva College with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, and Information Systems.
