Shema Mugabo

Shema Mugabo is a Strategy & Design Specialist I at Democracy International. Previously, Shema has worked as a Business Development Associate and Assistant. Shema has experience as a Program Coordinator at DreamWakers and a Program Assistant at Anne Arundel County Board of Elections. Shema has also served as an AmeriCorps Education Fellow and a Field Intern at Maryland Democratic Party. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Political Science and Government at The George Washington University, Shema holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan.
