Kenny Fairweather

Kenny Fairweather is a highly experienced telecommunications engineer specializing in system engineering and radio technology. Currently serving as a Principal System Engineer at Dense Air since May 2022, Kenny focuses on the system engineering of innovative 5G networks, including low-latency mmW fronthaul and coordinated multipoint design. Prior experience includes significant roles at Airspan Communications Ltd, where Kenny was involved in the development of two new 5G gNBs, as well as engineering multiple 60GHz solutions. Previous positions include System Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor, Radio & DSP Engineer at Airspan Networks, and Baseband Engineer at NEC Telecom MODUS Ltd. Kenny holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
