Chad Venters

Chad Venters has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on healthcare recruitment. Chad currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Dental Care Alliance. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Memorial Health, where they developed standard operating procedures and implemented best practice standards to enhance the recruitment process. Chad also served as the Director of Dentist Recruitment at North American Dental Group, leading a team and implementing sourcing functions to identify passive talent. Additionally, Chad held leadership positions at Hospital Sisters Health System, where they centralized the talent acquisition strategy and developed a company-wide recruiting process. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Regional Doctor Recruiter at Aspen Dental Management/Heartland Dental, where they implemented organizational strategies to network with communities and fill open positions.

Chad Venters completed their Associates in Science degree in Business Management from Olney Central College from 1998 to 2001. Chad then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Millikin University, studying from 2001 to 2003.
