Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer Kelly has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jennifer is currently the Global Head of Clinical & Lab Services at Dentsply Sirona since May 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Minxli from October 2015 to January 2021. Jennifer also held the position of Vice President at Shionogi Limited, where they were a part of the founding team and headed the first product launch in the EU from July 2012 to September 2015. Jennifer has experience in management consulting as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, working in various sectors including healthcare, payments/financial services, marketing, and social media. Their role at McKinsey lasted from October 2010 to June 2012. Jennifer co-founded AVA, a members-only shopping platform for the local fashion market in the Philippines from December 2010 to March 2012. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst to Associate at McKinsey & Company from June 2004 to May 2008. Overall, Jennifer Kelly has a strong background in leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy, and consultancy across a range of industries and locations.

Jennifer Kelly earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained a certification titled "Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2023.
