Julia Hajjar

Julia Hajjar is currently a Clinical Research Coordinator at Hôpital Montfort and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, where involvement spans from March 2019 to the present. Additionally, Julia holds the position of PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa since September 2013, specializing in Health Sciences courses. As a Graduate Student Researcher, Julia explored sex differences in rat pups due to endocrine disrupting chemicals during gestation and lactation. Past experience includes serving as an Inpatient Clerk at The Ottawa Hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 and a poster judge for the Canadian Society for Epidemiology & Biostatistics in April 2015. Julia Hajjar earned a PhD in Population Health (2019-2023), a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences (2013-2017), and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Biology and Psychology from Loyola University Maryland (2010-2013).
