Abhijan Bhattacharyya

Abhijan Bhattacharyya currently serves as Vice Chair for Study Group 13 within the International Telecommunication Union and for WG-2 SGSS at TSDSI, contributing to the advancement of global telecommunication standards. With a long-standing tenure at Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Scientist in 5G Solutions and Standards, Abhijan has expertise in IoT, low-latency communication, and technology standardization. Additional roles include membership in the National Working Committee for ITU-T Standardization and past positions such as Vice President of Programs for the Internet Society, Kolkata Chapter. Abhijan holds a Master of Engineering in Information Technology from Jadavpur University and dual undergraduate degrees in Information Technology and Electronics from the University of Calcutta.
