Ryan D. Sturgis

Ryan D. Sturgis is an experienced recruitment and sales professional with a robust background in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at DEPT® since June 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Head of Recruitment at Melon/DEPT® from April 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales at Planet Technology, and various progressively responsible roles at Mondo and Tribune Company, where Ryan developed expertise in account management and executive sales. Ryan began professional endeavors at Echo Global Logistics and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University, earned in 2008.
