Kevin Pearce began their work experience in 1991 as an Assessment Centre Manager at Greater Manchester Police. Kevin was responsible for managing a team of assessors and overseeing the Promotion Development Centre. In 2002, they joined Barclays as a Senior Assessment and Selection Manager, providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment to senior managers and HR business partners. Kevin then moved to Rolls-Royce in 2004, where they held various roles, including Resourcing Tools, Policy and Frameworks Manager, Development Consultant, and Global Assessment and Talent Development Consultant. In these positions, they were responsible for designing policies, tools, and processes to support global talent processes, as well as leading assessment and selection initiatives. In 2016, they joined Derbyshire Constabulary as the Head of Leadership, Talent, and Assessment, where they currently work.
Kevin Pearce attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1989 to 1990, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology.
