Erica Vo

Erica Vo is a Certified Medical Assistant at Dermatology Associates of Virginia since December 2021, responsible for taking patient histories and assisting in surgical procedures and documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). Concurrently, since January 2019, Erica serves as the Chief Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica, leading teams of scribes, managing operations, and ensuring quality compliance across multiple healthcare facilities. Previously, Erica held the roles of Scribe Ambassador and Medical Scribe, focusing on training, documentation, and patient interactions. Additionally, Erica has experience in event support and customer service from George Mason University, where leadership skills were developed while managing events and training staff. Erica Vo graduated from George Mason University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Public Relations, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
