Nicole Lancia

Nicole Lancia has extensive experience in the legal industry, primarily focusing on recruitment and operations. Nicole is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Desmarais LLP, where they oversee various strategic business functions and the day-to-day operations of over 100 employees. Previously, Nicole served as the Executive Director, Americas at Ashurst, where they were responsible for the firm's US operations and human resources. Nicole also held the position of Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where they managed global partner recruitment efforts. Prior to that, they worked at Allen & Overy, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager, US Recruitment. Nicole's career in the legal industry began as a Legal Recruitment Coordinator at K&L Gates.

Nicole Lancia completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1998 to 2002.
