Currently serving as the Director of Engagement at Destination Pet, LLC, Aaron influences strategic initiatives, enhances diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, and drives employee engagement through comprehensive programming and surveys. Previous roles include Director of the Pathways Program at blendvet™, where Aaron connected students with BIPOC veterinarians, and Hospital Administrator at Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital, achieving significant revenue growth and safety improvements.
