Emily Söhler

Emily Söhler is a seasoned AI specialist with extensive experience in data science and machine learning. Currently serving as a Senior AI Specialist at Deutsche Bahn since May 2020, Emily previously worked as a Data Scientist at Alexander Thamm GmbH from March 2019 to April 2020. Earlier in their career, Emily contributed to research in computer vision at the Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience, focusing on the automatic detection of Multiple Sclerosis through 3D Convolutional Neural networks. Beginning their professional journey as a Werkstudentin and later a Junior Data Scientist at Gpredictive GmbH from July 2015 to December 2017, Emily's educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from both Université Côte d'Azur and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Operations Research from Maastricht University.
