Brian Chadwick

Brian Chadwick is the current General Counsel at Devolver Digital. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Fieldfisher, Co-Head of the Tech M&A service. Brian then spent 3 years as the Deputy Chairman of the Members' Council and Tate Britain at Tate. Brian then moved to Cooley LLP as Special Counsel and led the new European Digital Media, Entertainment and Games legal practice out of London. After 2 years in this role, they became Miniclip SA's first General Counsel and a group director, helping the company through its transformational IP acquisitions, growth and sale to Tencent. Brian spent 7 years in this role before moving on to become a Trustee and the Deputy Chairman of The British Museum Friends Council, a position they held for 10 years. Brian then returned to private practice as a Partner at Michelmores, heading up the London Corporate department for 2 years before moving on to their current role.

Brian Chadwick attended King's College London, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Corporate law. Brian then attended Duquesne University School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) in International Law and Legal Studies. Finally, they attended Moravian College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Brian'story.
