Meghan Russo

Meghan Russo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Meghan is currently working as a Senior Recruiter at Caire, where they collaborate closely with health systems to build a hybrid model of in-person and virtual care. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director at Chasm Partners. Meghan also has experience working at Nike as a Program Delivery Lead, where they oversaw full cycle recruitment processes and drove continuous improvement of talent management. Additionally, Meghan has worked as a Lead Recruiter at Experis/Manpower Group, a Senior Recruiter at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, and held various recruitment roles at different companies including Bostik, T-System, Avalon Healthcare Solutions, Mitel, Crossmatch, and Froedtert Hospital. Before entering the corporate world, Meghan served as a Dance Coach at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School. Meghan began their professional career as an Operations Specialist at Accunet Mortgage LLC and worked as a Project Coordinator at TransPerfect.

Meghan Russo attended the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Meghan successfully completed their studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology in 2010.
