Karsten Doering

Karsten Doering is an experienced professional in sales and management with a strong focus on the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Asia Pacific at Dextra Group since June 2015, Karsten oversees sales and marketing activities, develops strategies, and manages P&L for the region. Prior to this role, Karsten was a Sales Manager at Doka from January 2010 to June 2015, where significant sales growth and margin improvements were achieved. Earlier experience includes positions as Technical Manager and Senior Project Engineer at PERI, demonstrating expertise in technical operations and project execution. Karsten holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Fachhochschule Biberach.
