Lauren Siviter

Lauren Siviter has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Services at DFS since February 2014, after starting as a Customer Service Advisor on Social Media. Prior to that, Lauren worked at Malkinspect Insurance Assessors, initially as an Administrative Assistant from May 2005 to May 2008, and later as the Office Manager from May 2008 to December 2013. Education includes time at Pontefract New College from 2002 to 2004 and Minsthorpe Community College from 1997 to 2002.
