Lestari Kusumawardani

Lestari Kusumawardani currently serves as a Human Capital Development & System professional at PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk, where responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process for supervisor and manager levels, managing onboarding for new hires, and implementing a people management platform. Lestari also designs employee competency levels and training catalogs. Previously, experience includes an internship at the Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia focused on employee engagement research and a reporting role during the 26th Career Days UGM event. Additional involvement includes serving as Supervisor at the Economic Studies Community, volunteering as a journalist, and holding the position of head journalist for a freshman edition magazine at Surat Kabar Mahasiswa Bulaksumur UGM. Lestari holds a degree from Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis at Universitas Gadjah Mada, having graduated in 2021.
