Varnica Mehta

Varnica Mehta is currently a Key Account Executive at DHL Parcel since November 2022 and an MBA Mentor at the University of East London, where guidance is provided to MBA students on various issues and support during their transition into university life. Varnica's previous roles include Research Intern, where a literature review on the decolonization of curricula in Business and Hospitality was prepared, and Research Assistant, focused on developing a Theory of Change framework to assess the Living Wage's impact in the Royal Dock Enterprise Zone. From April 2012 to September 2021, Varnica served as Director of Operations at Aero Sapiens, overseeing teams of consultants and managing resources for various projects. Earlier experience includes working as a System Engineer at Infosys, responsible for testing plans and validation procedures. Varnica holds an MBA in Fintech Management from the University of East London and a Bachelor of Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
