Dr. Ralph Wiechers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at DHL, Dr. Wiechers focuses on global people experience, operations, technology, and data. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Dialogue Marketing and Press at Deutsche Post, where Dr. Wiechers also held roles as Vice President of Consumer Experience and Last Mile Services, as well as Vice President of Internet Strategy and Online Marketing Solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and co-founding NOHETO! Gesellschaft für strategisches Kundenmanagement mbH, where Dr. Wiechers served as Co-CEO. Dr. Wiechers is also the Founder and CEO of ID Xclusiv.
